At Serco Studios we believe user research should be a pleasurable
experience. Our versatile studios were designed by experts to provide
just that - a positive, relaxing and flexible environment for all
manner of user research, focus groups and more.
We are conveniently located in Holborn, Central London,
which has excellent transport links and is surrounded by fantastic
bars, hotels and restaurants. Of course you don't have to leave the
comfort of the studios to eat, as we can provide a range of snacks and
meals to be enjoyed in our client break out area. Our Studio Manager,
Jagoda, will look after everything from your initial booking,
to
making sure your sessions run smoothly.
Unlike most other viewing facilities, our competitive flat hourly rates
mean you pay for the actual time you use, not how many sessions you run.
We have two suites, the Big Room, and the Small Room, each with its own
fully equipped client viewing room. Both can be arranged to meet a
variety of layouts, depending on your needs.
Hire includes multi-format DVD/VHS (PAL and/or NTSC) recording of
sessions, tea and coffee.
